Daryl G. Davidson, Sr. - Attorney

A native of Statesville, North Carolina and a 1987 graduate of
North Iredell High School. In
1991, Mr. Davidson graduated Magna cum Laude from Howard University in
Washington, D.C. with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a
concentration in Finance.
Upon graduation from Howard University, Mr. Davidson accepted a position as an associate underwriter with CNA Insurance Company in New York, NY.
Mr. Davidson was promoted to underwriter and transferred to CNA's
Los Angeles, CA office in 1992. In 1993, he was promoted to senior
underwriter and transferred to CNA's Atlanta, GA office where he worked
until he attended law school in 1995.
In 1998, Mr. Davidson graduated from the University of Iowa
College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa. Upon graduation, he desired to return
to Statesville, North Carolina to serve the community as an attorney.
Accordingly, Mr. Davidson worked for a local firm from 1998 until
January, 2005. In February 2005, he established The Law Office of Daryl G.
Davidson, Sr., P.C. and then in 2009 established a second office in
Taylorsville, North Carolina.

Statesville and Taylorsville, North Carolina offices.
Tonya Bailey - Office

Tonya W. Bailey is a native of Statesville, North Carolina and a 1981
graduate of North Iredell High School. Upon graduation, Mrs. Bailey
attended Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, North Carolina where
she took courses in business management and studied nursing. Mrs. Bailey
holds a certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant. With that
designation, Mrs. Bailey worked for several years at Davis Hospital here
in Statesville, North Carolina.
Mrs. Bailey eventually left the medical field and pursued a career as a
paralegal. She has worked closely with Mr. Davidson for nine years and she
became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal in 2006. Mrs. Bailey has
extensive experience as a paralegal in the areas of criminal law and
family law. Mrs. Bailey is a
certified notary for the state of North Carolina. She currently serves as
the president elect of the Legal Support Staff of Iredell County and is a
member of the Legal Support Staff of North Carolina. Mrs. Bailey is
married to Joe Dan Bailey and they have two sons.
